Responsibilities:

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports;escalating project completion impediments.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering management with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technology teams and delivering end-to-end products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to balance strategic thinking with speed of execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.
