About the Role:

• Compile and maintain record of Urban Redevelopment Agency Approval approved use and registered unit numbers of the lettable premises. Assist with the change of use and unit number registration as an when required by the authority.

• Ensure fit out work carried out by the tenant do not damage the property and do not alter or damage any parts of the building.

• Ensure that there are no unauthorized works, excessive electrical installation, etc carried out by tenants.
• Facilitate and coordinate the connection of utilities of the Tenants/Licensee and ensure works are carried out. Ensure Tenants/Licensee. have engaged the services of a Licensed Electrical work and Licensed Plumber before allowing the Tenants/Licensee. to proceed with connection.
• For tenanted premises without direct utilities meters, provide utilities meter readings to the Authority for purpose of billing tenants
• Ensure the tenants provide 'as built' fitting out plans on Architectural, Air conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation System and Exhaust System. Plumbing and Sanitary Plans and Structural Plans and certified true copies of such fitting out plans approved by the relevant authorities.
• Conduct inspection to ensure tenants renovation works are done is in accordance with the endorsed fit out plan before business commencement. If there is any deviation, advise Tenants/Licensee on rectification and/or resubmission of plans.
• Conduct monthly checks to ensure Tenants/Licensee do not engage or carry out any authorized activities.
• Report any incident or non-compliance by Tenants/Licensee to the Authority immediately and work with Tenants/Licensee and stakeholders to resolve any breach or maintenance issue.

Summary

The Field Technician is responsible for outdoor onsite repairs of machines, and also training and delivery of new machines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Repair of cleaning machines, e.g. vacuum cleaner, high pressure jet, auto scrubbers etc
• Checking and repairing of customer’s machines onsite
• Delivery of new machines and training of customers
• Picking up and returning of workshop machines
• Maintain and clean own technical van issued
• Weekend standby duties (on rotation basis)
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

• Servicing of machines in workshop as required
• Assist in setting up of machines in warehouse
• Assist in deliveries as required
• Perform repair, maintenance and troubleshooting task both outdoors & indoors

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Minimum NTC,NITEC or Technical Trade
• Basic reading, writing and maths in English required
• Valid Singapore Class 3 license
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to read electrical diagrams
• Experience in field service
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs (e.g. repairing vehicles, motorcycles, forklifts, etc.)

Provide Admin Support:

• Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork
• Basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Provide HR Support:

• Assist HR Manager with all HR-related duties
• Recruitment and selection
• Preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, policies, payslip etc.
• Arrange Foreign Workers to attend medical check-up, MOM appointments etc.
• Maintain and update HR database (employment records, leave, medical, claims, training)
• Full spectrum of payroll using Info-tech software (including workers time attendance, overtime)
• Employee orientation, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Co-ordinate Training & Development activities for staff
• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Salary commensurate with experience

• 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods
• Operate lorry crane
• Provide good customer service by fulfilling delivery schedule and orders
• Coordinate with office and site personnel on the delivery and collection of equipment
• Inspect, maintain and upkeep vehicle in good working condition through regular servicing and cleaning of vehicle
• Perform Ad-hoc trips and other duties

Job Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of driving experience
• Possess valid Class 4 Driving License with clean record
• Familiar with Singapore roads and buildings with/without GPS
• Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays/irregular should the need arise

Job Requirement:

• Need to oversee facility maintenance by upkeep of essential systems, such as air conditioning, lighting, and fire safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring maintenance and repairs are executed punctually and in line with company quality and safety standards.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimise facility operations and ensure timely completion of routine tasks, inspections and projects.
• Assist in facility-related projects, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and established protocols.
• Ensure all facility operations comply fully with internal company policies with particular attention to safety and risk management protocols.
• Maintain precise facility records, handle timely renewals of necessary licenses and permits and ensure documentation aligns with company requirements for quality control and compliance.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure that vendors and contractors rigorously follow company safety policies and contractual terms.
