As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects. You will then support the SPM or lead your team in overseeing the construction and commissioning of the project. We are seeking a new Assistant Project Manager, you will be the interface between project ownership and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for following the implementation framework for appropriate and effective project management for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• You will ensure with appropriate checks that the criteria for control and management of the project are met
• You will manage the design and site deliverables of delegated responsibilities.
• You will support the senior project manager in coordination and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project manager as required in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.
• Prepare as per guidelines formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company

• You are a project management professional with 2 - 4 years of experience in the building construction industry.
• You have a diploma or degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
• You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
• You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
• You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
