· Develop and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies for regents, consumables, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels to support laboratory operations.

· Monitor inventory levels regulatory, track usage patterns and forecast future needs.

· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to establish efficient ordering processes, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships to secure a reliable supply chain.

· Develop and maintain a system for proper storage, labeling and organization of inventory to facilitate easy retrieval and prevent errors in usage.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or logistics discipline.

The job holder will be part of the Practices team within the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.

Primary responsibilities include facilitating the adoption of best practices by setting acceptable standards, promotions and outreach and engage the industry on the latest technological development that would advance the workplace safety and health.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and revise existing industry WSH standards and guidelines.
• Drive the adoption of WSH best practices.
• Develop WSH Alerts on recent workplace dangerous occurrences, incidents and fatalities, and share lessons learnt and recommendations.
