Job Responsibilities

Operational

· Supports the bridge to perform duties to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of assigned voyages.

· Ensure superior cleanliness and maintenance of yacht.

· Develop, execute and assist in planned maintenance and repair projects, varnishing, painting, caulking, fiberglass repair etc.

· Acquiring knowledge of all equipment and maintenance products on board.

· Guest liaison for water sports

· Supports bridge to conduct pre-voyage inspections for all aspects of safe and successful voyage –Lines / Communication / Systems / Conditions / Deferred Defects / Restrictions / Limitations.

Human Resources

• Tour Coordination:
  • Following up and servicing customers’ enquiries or bookings, before and after sales.

• Customer Service:

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
