Role Purpose:

Work closely with brand managers and marketing team to plan and drive business objectives, such as profitability, brand ranking and revenue targets. You will be responsible for planning and execution of the integrated marketing calendar, campaigns, launches and events as well as manage and monitor the A&P budget expenses. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Assist and support the marketing manager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as: In-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales
• Support on event logistics including: sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive event to succession
• Support on contractor and agency management including: getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the project
  

Communication, PR & Customer Engagement

• Propose and lead the planning and execution of all communications for marketing and trade activities. (Digital and print)
• Planning of PR events and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as: press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event management
• Research and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the team

Administrative and reporting duties

• Support the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when needed
• Assist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester management
• Assist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of counters

• Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business
• At least 1 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industry
• Experience in marketing or PR is a plus
• A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Works closely with Engineering, Procurement & Subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustment
• Analayses, quantifies and prepares the material and quantity of work scope and record into database for managing of material and cost
• Tracks changes to design and contruction work, measure and value work done.
• Manages full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claims and measurement/ bill of quantities
• Prepares tender document, bid checklist, secure bid and prepare bid evaluation and summary
• Prepares progress claims on timely manner
• Monitors, reviews and checks subcontractor claims and invoice on timely manner
• Manages, prepares variation order and carry over work
• Perform cost control, cost analysis and reporting
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage etc.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to commit overtime as and when required

This position plays a role of buyer for the company’s SG plant under Supply Chain Division.

The key responsibilities of buyer role include but are not limited to the following and reporting to the Purchasing Manager:

· To take a role of main contact for service provider and raw material supplier in supporting overall purchasing activities

· To support the legal and commercial review of documents and contracts for raw materials and services of all types applicable

· To support operation in accordance to company’s policies and executes procurement including BOM/non BOM materials and services under the guidance by Purchasing manager.

· To ensure the correct receipt of materials, through effective checking of items, tax classification in accordance with materials and legislation, as well as making them available to internal customers within the necessary deadlines

Operation Assistant Job Description

· Liaise with client/agent to obtain delivery information upon receipt of sales order

· Communicate and coordinate with warehouse, logistic partner and client/agent to ensure smooth and timely delivery

· Prepare documents for delivery

· Arrange transportation with logistic partner

· Follow up on delivery note after completion

· Other ad hoc duties assigned by Operation Manager

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: GCE O Level and above

Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Experience in marine logistics industry would be an advantage.
