Main Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be part of the SSEA Compensation & Benefits team, supporting the Regional C&B Manager in all rewards policies and programs for the region.

About the job

Reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth with the assigned customer accounts in the Marine Division in line with the South East Asia Sales Company targets and objectives.

In this role, you will be based in Singapore and will manage assigned customer relationship, including formulating and driving a specific customer account strategy to encompass the complete long-term relationship between Alfa Laval and the customer.
