Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in .NET C# programming, primarily in Blazor Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering well-designed and configured software systems such as in web blazor applications and desktop applications (WPF, C#) that cater to our internal Engineering demand. • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities for the product category, based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in B2B product management experience with ability to independently lead the agenda.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that all products, processes meet the established quality standards. The role involves monitoring the quality standards of our vendors, conducting quality checks on samples, implementing continuous improvement measures.

You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements, enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will need the ability to be both hands on and quick to think on your feet when dealing with our network of Suppliers. Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Control:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards across all assortments
• Work with 3rd Party QC inspections to conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare washcare labels on time upon order placement
• Review and approve materials and products before shipment
• Prepare required QC files ready for inspection
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions

2. Process Improvement:

• Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross teams & tea leads to implement process improvements and corrective actions
• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and minimize waste
  

3. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control procedures, reports, and certifications

4. Supplier Relationship Management:

• Conduct monthly catch up with vendors to share back on their performance
• Understand vendor constraints and bridge internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments
  

5. Team Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with sourcing, production, product development & commercial teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with the customer care team to address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
• Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.

Sets direction and drives for product improvement to maintain product relevance and competitiveness in Denselight’s market. This position plays a critical role within the organization and works closely with engineering, product marketing & R&D teams to drive the early adoption of Denselight’s new products.
