Role Description

The incumbent will be based in Singapore and Indospace will provide the selected candidate with significant access to senior leaders within the firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist all compliance/regulatory aspects of business operations of the real estate manager and respective funds domiciled in Singapore across finance, tax, accounting, and audit functions

• Works closely with Assistant Manager to provide administrative support on corporate transactions such as bridge financing, deal closures, exits, and restructuring
