What’s the role?

The Process Technician will be performing the following:

• Operating process units within the Production Area in accordance to Standard Operating Plan, Daily Operating Instructions and Standing Instructions and Site Health, Safety, Security, Environment procedures;

• Able to operate DCS independently;

The Reliability Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on diverse projects, as well as supporting Reliability and Integrity Management programs on existing practices & facilities.

• Support the growth and development of the Reliability Engineering as a practice.

• Implementing and executing Design for Reliability (DfR) process

• Provide support to projects and operational teams by identifying technical risks and developing reliability studies for production/ processing systems and new product development.

Responsibilities:

· Issue PO and Invoice for daily orders. Ensure all information is correct and up to customer's requirements.

· Answer office phone and manage office cleaniless.

· As the first point of contact to attend the customers' enquiries and inform the relevant team and prepare quotations to customers if necessary.

· Prepare collaterals for sample submission and manage online platform.

· Input accounting entries and verify all sales and purchase invoices .

· Monitor AP and prepare payment vouchers for management’s approval.

· Handle petty cash and pay off daily operations expenses.

· Assist Finance Manager in bank reconciliation, closure of monthly accounts and quarterly GST reporting.

· Routine review of vendors’ quotations to ensure cost optimization without sacrificing service quality.

· Generate ad hoc reports, data analysis reports and presentation slides as and when requested by management.

· Maintain and improve on filing system of all documentations.

· Provide other ad-hoc support to office and operations functions as per instructed.
