At a glance

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to manage growth initiatives at Chope. Reporting to the GM, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strategic planning, marketing initiatives, campaigns, funnel management, and partnerships to grow our business.

You will be leading both the dining reservations and e-commerce arm of Chope. Your objectives will be to drive GMV, reservations, user acquisition, and user engagement for these segments. Along with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of the e-commerce/payments and the dining reservations space, you should have a self-starter attitude and a strong sense of ownership to take charge of projects independently.

The ideal candidate needs to have an aggressive mindset to win, a creative flair for generating engaging ideas, and a data-driven approach to methodically develop tactics and achieve high ROI on the various initiatives. About the role

• Plan the overall marketing strategy, manage resources, and execute both long-term and tactical initiatives to grow existing business units and new business ventures.

What we are looking for (Requirements):

• At least 8 to 10 years of work experience with a track record in growing a brand and business in a fast-paced startup is preferred.
• 5-6 years' experience in digital marketing.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex issues with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter that’s willing to take a hands-on approach to get things done.

JOB SUMMARY

The Meeting & Events Coordinator is at the forefront of delivering a positive meeting and events experience as a cultural ambassador and service leader.

In this role, you would be the customer service provider for meeting and events. Daily duties would include tasks like: moving, setting up and striking furniture, décor, removable walls, and event equipment, welcoming guests, providing wayfinding support for attendees, preparing, refreshing and clearing food and beverage stations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with logistics, coordination and day-of execution of meetings, conferences and events. Creates a hospitable environment for attendees, event owners, and vendors.

Performs daily meeting and conference room turnover and/or midday room refresh, reconfigurations and evening resets for indoor and outdoor spaces.

Takes direction from senior meeting & events team members to meet the need the needs of partners, clients, and vendors. Escalates potential issues/concerns to management as appropriate.

Responsible for post event storage and inventory of tables, chairs, AV equipment and communicates timing on cleaning services.

Conducts set up, refresh and removal of food, beverage, and service items.

What a Director, Issuers solutioning and Alias Commercialization does at Visa:

Building a strong Visa Direct card network ecosystem with instant payment capability is the foundation in accommodating launch of new use cases.  However, instant payments between accounts can be hindered by two parties needing to share account information with each other. The usage of a proxy, also known as an alias, reduces transaction friction for users. An alias generally refers to a mobile number or email address used for sending or receiving payments.

As a Director of Issuers solutioning and Alias Commercialization, you will be a leader who understands the strategic, commercial, and technical considerations to accelerate Visa Direct card network acceptance and adoption of Alias payments across Asia Pacific. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in AP markets, regional hub and global product owners to motivate, influence and provide advice or direction.  

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Develop and own go-to market strategy for Aliasing which includes building Issuers readiness and driving commercial success in launching alias payments. 
• Work with regional stakeholders, global product owners and cross functional teams (e.g. sales and business development, in-market products, risk, compliance, client services) to execute against this strategy and achieve the revenue target.
• Identify and provide key insights and trends to our client facing stakeholders with presentation materials, case studies, best practice guides, webinars and trainings.
