Reporting to the Site Security Manager and is responsible for client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, scheduling, system monitoring, log maintenance, access rights maintenance, and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for data center Management and security personnel when the Site Security Manager is unavailable.
• Train and certify all new security personnel and maintains required training documentation. Coordinates with the Training Manager and with the local supporting Securitas Branches as needed.
• Ensure all Responders and Control Room Supervisors adhere to policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Act as Responder or Control Room Supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoots on-site security technology.
• Support other critical infrastructure sites.
• Recommend corrective actions for security staff to the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with the delivery of counseling and corrective action as directed by the Site Security Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
• Conduct recurring audits and prepares and submit critical and confidential information directly to the client management team.
• Maintain required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Job Description

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for ensuring that IT solutions are developed and designed with security inbuilt.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, solutions, and education for the enterprise.

• Advise IT application and infrastructure teams on application and infrastructure security design that is relevant and fit for purpose.

• Align security architecture frameworks and standards with business strategies and functions. Maintain Cyber risk management framework and perform assessment of applications for emerging areas like cloud security, machine learning etc.

• Advise and review application security design to detect potential security issues and for each issue, propose and drive remediation tasks. Develop application security blueprints. Propose and/or develop training courses to advance developers’ security knowledge.

• Advise and review security by design concepts in Cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure Cloud.

• Advise and review the compliance of integrating security tools and processes into the DevOps pipelines.

• Advice and review the adherence to security requirements for low code platforms.

• Perform threat modeling on security-critical applications. Keep up to date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities on new platforms adopted by the SIA Group. Define scope and review the results of security tests, reviews, and audits to ensure security assurance is achieved.

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Any relevant ad-hoc duties.

• Review RFP proposal compliance with security requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related fields, with at least 7 years in information security, especially in the application security space.

• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, CCSP, etc.) preferred.

• Technical proficiency in one or more of the following security areas: network design, zero trust, Internet of Things, cryptography, etc.

• Strong in-depth working knowledge of secure application development techniques. Secure by Design. Secure source code review. Prior experience with any of the following tools: Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security (DAST), and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).

• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, OWASP Top 10, and securing cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCP. Familiar with common web/mobile application vulnerabilities and technical knowledge to address and mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Knowledge of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, hacking, and exploit methods, etc. Any prior vulnerability management experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of technologies such as WAF, Anti Bot Protection

• Prior experience in application development and knowledge of the DevOps platform is desired.

· Understand factory automation technology and equipment such as robots, automated guided-vehicles and computerized manufacturing systems, AMHS etc.

· Repair, troubleshoot advanced AMHS hardware, software, and interface problems, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and reliability.

· Design, modify, implement and test automated machines, programs, jig and fixture to required job specification in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Lead in-house automation projects on layout, build, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production equipment.

· Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste, improve/streamline process flow and automation improvements with team and/or with cross-functional team collaboration.

· Lead and maintain overall machine uptime, monitor machine utilization and OEE index by identifying and eliminating the causes for recurring issues with CAPA implementation.

· Setting up new machines, transferring of equipment to different plants and integration to existing system.

· Supervise installation crews and support the field installation work.

· Project management on cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure on timely delivery of the project and within budget.

· Participate in design and documentation reviews, update management on work progress and deviations.

· Keep abreast of the latest developments in industrial automation technology and introduce them to plant wide operations.

• Establish and upkeep inspection tools’ performance and capability, e.g. detection sensitivity, accuracy, and stability.

• Setup new or optimize inspection standards/recipe in accordance to each product’s specification and tool’s classification. Review inspection data and criteria to ensure accurate defect and grade judgment.

• Correlate inspection tools’ performance consistency across fleet; investigate yield loss factors, eliminate over-reject and false defect to improve judgement accuracy.

• Monitor and improve inspection tool’s KPIs, e.g. Machine utilization efficiency, unscheduled down time, processing rate, input qty, product ratio etc.

• Maintain system functionality and reliability. Liaise with external vendors on preventive maintenance, parts replacement, troubleshooting, improvement projects and coordinate with internal team for scheduling and allocation etc.

• Ensure documentation and records are well maintained and compliance to relevant industry or company standards.

• Manage internal budgeting and expenses for parts procurement, service support, repair, and maintenance. Ensure cost, quality, scope and schedule are managed within targets.

• Provide management updates and report on work progress and deviations, monthly review of manufacturing trends.

• Participate in any special projects/programs as and when assigned by supervisor. Work beyond regular working hours when necessary.

• Develop and implement inspection procedures. Train and educate users for basic tool settings and recovery.

• Keep abreast of latest developments in industry technology and trends. Evaluate and introduce new ideas to achieve cost savings and productivity improvements where applicable.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• 3-5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or clean room environment.

• Degree in Engineering.

• With hands-on working experience in optical inspection system, knowledgeable about defect standards for photomask industry or familiarity with SEMI standards is highly desirable.

• Interest in working with data analysis, statistical tools to identify gaps and opportunities for continual improvement.

• Knowledge in DOE / SPC / FMEA is necessary.

• Prior experience in auto defect classification / AI development will be added advantage.
