Key Responsibilities

Role Summary

Your role is to support & manage in-house technology; learning & courseware systems/technologies, mission critical applications including related Learning and Development Management System (LMS).

· Interface with external instructional technology and LMS vendors and agencies as they relate to sustaining and continually improving LMS capabilities for Instructional Designers, Trainers and information management needs.

· Continually research emerging technologies and assesses their usefulness in managing our quality standards for our user interface and information management needs.

· Perform all high-level system and user administration tasks on the LMS.

· Work directly with trainers, instructional designers and management to facilitate adoption of instructional technologies via the LMS and to provide assistance for problem resolution, testing and optimization.

· Extensive knowledge about SCORM and API requirements as related to LMS content management and accessibility of courses, publishing to production.
