- Review export L/C from overseas customers
3. Claim Management
- Prepare debit and credit notes to suppliers and customers relevant to claims
4. Customer relationship
- Liaise with overseas offices on sales and procurement trade activities
- Liaise with order Management Team on sales and purchase orders
- Liaise with banker on matters related to trade Finance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in Shipping documentation
• Experience in shipping operations, incoterms, payment terms, letter of credit.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

The incumbent will be responsible for the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our client’s Oracle ERP system and other business applications.
