Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Hands-on IT professional with minimum 10 years of Software Development experience with 5+ years of experience as an Architect/Manager
• Experienced in architecting Digital solutions involving Omni Channels.
• Solid exposure on Content Management Systems preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience in implementing Mobile applications and platforms.
• Experience in enterprise application integration using middleware tools.
• Experience in designing secure web and mobile solutions.
• Should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server with Front End Technologies using Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML 5, jQuery, CSS 3, AJAX, JSON.
• Minimum 2+ years of working experience in Rule Engine Decision platform development using Inrule
• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in cloud native application design and development.
• Experienced in Architecture and Design using UML.
• Exposure on Infrastructure Sizing for applications and Web application security.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering API/SOA/Middleware integration projects
• Experience with middleware/messaging technologies such as MQ, JMS, Kafka and exposure to event-driven design patterns
• Demonstrated knowledge of OAuth token-based authentication protocol.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PCI and Security Coding Standards.
• Experienced in Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS) and API Management using Azure API Gateway(APIM).

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Min 8 years of proven experience as a Middleware Engineer, with a focus on Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ.
• Strong understanding of application server concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and administering Red Hat JBoss and IBM WebSphere application servers.
• Knowledge of IBM MQ messaging middleware, including queue managers, channels, and message queuing protocols.
• Familiarity with enterprise application architectures and deployment methodologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues in a production environment.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
• Strong experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bitbucket
