Key Responsibilities:

Forecast payments from Vendors/Subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client.

Review invoices for accuracy and ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) code

Review Work Order’s and Purchase Order’s for accuracy ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct WBS code.

Budget setup, allocation and re-forecasting according to WBS structure and ensure costs are capture in Project Tools.

Generate Variation/Change Orders and maintain Variation/Change Order status registers.

Coordinate with other discipline Engineers, Project Manager’s and Deputy Project Manager’s, etc to prepare and generate Monthly Project Cost Reports.

Continually monitor, tracking, review and forecast project cost and expenses.

Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary.

Close monitoring of project manning plan, review, forecast and update. Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business or Commercial

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a project related field in a similar environment

Ability, analyze and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs

We are currently recruiting a Research Assistant to join our Group. Bacteria can be a friend as well as a foe to humans. The overarching goal of our research group is to understand the roles of lipid metabolism in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and bacterial virulence in order to identify novel diagnostics and therapeutics. The candidate will be involved in the development and application of LC-MSMS approaches to understand the contribution of lipid in Gram negative bacteria in antimicrobial resistance. Responsibilities

Business Development

• Manage sales forecasting of assigned markets.
• Work closely with the local team and sales broker to identify a right retailers to sell.
• Identify and search for potential sales broker/ distributors to seek out growth opportunities for sales expansion.
• Review and analyse distributor withdrawal report on customers mix, channels, product breakdown, numeric distribution.
• Assist and support the sales team across all business-related matters.

Business Development for Agency Brands

• Manage and be involved in sales forecasting and business reviews of assigned agency lines.
• Manage, develop and strengthen principals’ relationships to drive category and business growth.
• Liaise with principals and sales team to resolve operation/ product issues, account discrepancies or any matters related to the agency lines.

Promotion Planning for US Market

• Identify key customers to plan and develop promotion activities to drive sales.
• Brainstorm promotion ideas with the local team that align with the company’s sustainability and profitability.
• Review offers price and customise promotion mix for different customers.
• Liaise with Finance to work out visible promotion discounts/mechanics.
• Review competitors pricing in the conventional and green category.

Inventory Management

• Liaise with US team for stock forecast and follow up on all shipments to US.
• Liaise with sales team on stock forecasting.
• Manage stocks holdings and ensure there is sufficient stocks for trade execution.

Monthly Report

• Generate monthly management and claim reports to principals.
• Generate agency brand inventory reports to all relevant parties.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG environment
• Experience in brand and product management and consumer marketing
• Experience of marketing best practices including digital medium
• Creativity and commercial awareness

Job Description

• Own overall raw material availability, inventory plan, projection and control, Back-order, Line-Item Fill Rate (LIFR) Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Raw material Planning (SIOP, PEFP, NPI, EOL, VAVE), execution and resolve level 1 issue.
• Review and analyze materials requirements for production and implement the necessary actions such as generating Purchase Order, scheduling and re-scheduling of material based on MRP requirement.
• Analyze and determine optimal inventory turns or raw material to meet corporate target, improve manufacturing resources and customer fulfillment.
• Review and implement multi plant transfer request and Material Transfer process.
• Responsible to generate and maintain Supply Chain Metrics on a regular basis.
• Analyze Material obsolescence, manage and report excess material exposure when the product is discontinued.
• To review Vendor Managed Inventory, PAC/JIT, Forecast to supplier and Safety Stock attainment.
• Manage supplier base to achieve delivery performance and bring up to procurement timely; Drive issues with procurement and or other function, clear communication on impact and specific support needed.
• Participate in material review session for non-conforming materials and activate timely return of non-conforming materials to vendor.
• SAP Material Master maintenance and data integrity.
• Maintain and ensure systems and procedures in Department are in compliance with SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and other regulatory requirements.

Education

• Diploma/BSc Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administrative

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Minimum 5 years related experience in Purchasing or Materials Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and PC software applications skills.
• Planning and Analytical Skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to manage relationships with cross function team and all level of people from peers, colleagues, and Senior Management.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Good problem solving and independent decision-making ability.
