Purpose:

To manage, provide and distribute all primary Agri-Inputs for the Farms under Archisen.

Agri-Inputs are the source where growing begins. In this role, you will learn the supply chain of raw materials used in farms and the production process of secondary inputs. You will also be involved in the quality control standards of the raw materials.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders and generate production plans.
• Manufacture products and seedlings according to production plans.
• Perform planting activities for production of seedlings.
• Maintain seedling production equipment and infrastructure.
• Perform material stocktaking and management.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspection activities.
• Maintain Agri-inputs equipment and tools.
• Apply Quality Control Standards for raw materials and finished products.
• Dispatch Agri-input to partner farms and collaborators.
• Maintain documents, checklists and records pertaining to materials, equipment, traceability, and quality.

Requirements:

• Primary/Secondary/NITEC education or equivalent
• Experience working in an indoor farm will be added advantage

Job Responsibilities

The Invoice Processing Officer is responsible for executing the end-to-end processing of invoice in the Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) function within the Keppel Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”).

• Key in invoices into Keppel’s e-invoice portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with FSSC’s Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with internal customers
