Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace tyres
• Inspect tyres for wear and damage, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
• Perform tyre balancing, alignment, and rotation to prolong tyre life and improve vehicle handling.
• Use tyre-changing and balancing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Patch, plug, and repair punctured tyres when applicable.
• Maintain proper tyre pressure on vehicles and ensure all safety checks are completed.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience (basic mechanical background e.g. handling of tools used in automotive related maintenance)
• Able to carry/lift/move truck tyres of heavy vehicles

Job Responsibility

• Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s sites.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review the risk assessment submitted by the contractor prior to the commencement of work.
• Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to the commencement of work.

Job Requirements

• Usually 3-5 years in facilities management, engineering, or maintenance roles.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
