Job Objectives:

We are looking for a good attitude and independent lead developer to work in Enterprise Reconciliation Team. Candidate must have experience in reconciliation development from banking and/or financial institution, and have involvement from Analysis stage till Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Scope of work includes in Analysis & Design stage, liaise with Business Users and stakeholders in requirement analysis

[What you will be working on]

This role provides support to the Asia Pacific region on the Commercial Quality Excellence responsibilities. The role ensures that all the strategic global and regional commercial quality initiatives/projects are successfully rolled-out and progressed in the APAC region. The incumbent in this role also provides operational support to all the markets in the region by working with Director of Global Commercial Quality Assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

· As an Operate lead for a portfolio of business applications, you will be leading a small team and engaging with vendors to ensure applications are available to SLAs while ensuring that the platforms are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements, new market initiatives, design solutions and develop operational requirements for the B2B segments and Digital Payments Acceptance Innovation (Real-Time Payments (RTP), FX management, Alternative Payments Methods (APMs) and Card Schemes card acceptance)
• Maintain relationships and lead negotiations with PSPs, acquirers, schemes, banks and APMs
• Define and maintain team’s roadmap, payment acceptance strategies and features to heighten the adoption rate of our clients and ensure the successful launch of these products
• Continuously focused on improving penetration rate of micro, mid-sized and large-scale enterprises for LiquidNow solutions
• Be the team’s representative in communication with cross-functional teams on product features implementation and enhancements, to ensure the successful deployment and development of the solution offering
• Develop information sales-toolkit for Sales Team, to be used as a reference guide and product-knowledge to extend the above solutions to their clients, on top of their current product/solutions offering in their presentation deck
• Provide after-sales relationship support for clients who adopt the new solutions related to B2B and Digital Payments Acceptance roll-out
• Engage in business development initiatives and identify opportunities that best utilize Liquid’s infrastructure to meet clients’ requirements
• Write product specifications, Best Practices guidelines and Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) across multi-functional teams, partners and clients to support product development, rollout, and post-sales
• Implement changes to any of the existing processes, and morph the new solutions into the current service scope, to improve efficiency for the team as well as for the client
• Provide implementation support for new initiatives, projects assigned and new client setups (including settlement flows, report formats, merchant acquiring processes etc.)
• Constantly look into enhancing service levels of business support through Process Re-engineering evaluation/ exercise/ analysis in order to drive efficiency, cost and time savings.

Requirements

. Bachelor’s Degree or a related discipline

· 10 - 15 years relevant experience in Payments Industry with Merchant Acquiring and/or Business/Corporate Banking sales experience preferred

· Work experience in financial services is an advantage

· Excellent relationship management skills with experience of working directly with clients and external partners

· Technical knowledge of payments solutions and infrastructure will be an advantage

· Deep knowledge of Card Schemes Operating requirements and Real-Time Payment

· Relevant technical skills and Industry Payments regulations and functionalities

· Fluency in English with strong business writing skills, good communication, presentation and analytical skills

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization

· Passion for enhancing product features and customer experiences

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects

Your mission is to lead our Business support teams. As the Regional Lead of CS Operations for APAC, you’ll report directly to the Global Head of Business Customer Support and lead our regional teams, while cooperating with our outsourcing teams, as well as the various CS support functions like Training, WFM QA and more.

You’ll also join the senior leadership team in Singapore and work to build an exceptional work environment in our regional offices. You'll lead a team that supports any of our global customer base that needs help from our APAC based team while also working closely with our product teams to ensure that the customers in our APAC markets receive world class support.
