Project Summary
The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. The intent of the project is to develop and validate an indicator tool for platform workers to measure their occupational well-being. The project is scheduled to run for one year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall channel management of 8days Eat TikTok channel, which includes (but not limited to) uploading content, SEO & data analytics.
• Ensure that content schedule is mapped out in timely fashion.
• Upload all content, track performance and analyze and optimize performance of said content.
• Work with Editorial team, content creators, Growth Channel Management Team to develop best practices and optimize content performance on the channel.
• The role primarily focuses on 8days Eat TikTok channel but the scope of work can extend to other 8days social media accounts as well.

• Assist to manage financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

Duties

To perform day to day accounting and administration functions to ensure proper internal controls, compliance to local government/ company policies & requirements, implementing efficient finance and accounting procedures for the country. In addition, this role is required to provide accurate status reports to organization management.

• Performs daily accounting (AR, AP, cargo, payroll, reconciliation, budgeting) and administration (statutory reporting, treasury/cash forecasting, facility management) functions in country
