A. Job Description

The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. As part of outreach efforts to reach these people in need, he/she will help to coordinate training sessions, engage, and work with CFL partners. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in information technology and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

• Provide first-level technical support for end-users, including assistance with POS system-related issues, on a 24/7 standby basis.
• Collaborate with POS system vendors for issue resolution and updates, ensuring timely responses to critical incidents.
• Troubleshot and resolve hardware and software problems related to POS terminals during non-business hours.

IT Infrastructure Management

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems and related hardware, ensuring their availability around the clock.
• Monitor and manage the performance of POS systems, including proactive measures to address potential issues during standby periods.
• Implement and follow IT security protocols for the protection of POS data and systems, with heightened vigilance during critical events.

Software and Application Management:

• Install, update, and configure POS software applications on terminals during non-business hours.
• Provide training to end-users on the effective use of POS systems, both during regular business hours and special events such as club nights.
• Collaborate with software vendors for rapid issue resolution and updates related to the POS system, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of POS system configurations, inventory, and support activities during 24/7 standby periods.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on POS system performance, issues, and resolutions.
  Document solutions to common POS-related issues for future reference, with a focus on efficiency and speed during critical events.

User Training:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of POS systems during regular business hours and provide on-the-spot guidance during special events like club nights.
• Create user-friendly guides and documentation to assist employees in resolving common POS system issues independently.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Videography

2. Capture and edit media content into compelling visuals for the brand.
3. Ensure renders are successful and in appropriate format for various platforms.
4. Organise and prepare raw and finished footage, images, audio, and scripts for use in editing.

Research And Marketing:

LOVE,NILS is seeking a Programme Manager/Executive for the Programme Dept to successfully coordinate programmes that provide psychosocial support to children with cancer and their families. This role will ensure positive programme impact, strong beneficiary engagement and is vital for the charity to deliver on its vision and mission of providing high quality supportive programmes to children with cancer and their caregivers.

Candidate will work collaboratively to implement and maintain the quality of the charity’s programmes. This role will liaise directly with beneficiaries regarding programme offerings and enrolment, manage programme and event logistics, collect and maintain programme data, and ensure successful programme delivery.

Programme Logistics and Relationship Management

• Lead programme implementation and manage all programme delivery logistics, including beneficiaries’ recruitment, enrollment and exit of programmes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery, including special events throughput the calendar year.
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Utilise internal management systems to monitor and to collect programme operations, data and evaluate for quality, efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

Communication

• Create a sense of community by communicating with families in a sensitive, positive and supportive manner.

• Collect and implement programme impact data, including outputs, testimonials and surveys for data impact analysis, annual report and programme evaluation.
