Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) is the governing body for the aquatic sports of swimming, water polo, diving and artistic swimming in Singapore as a member of World Aquatics (AQUA). SAQ is charged with the development and education of aquatic players, officials, coaches and volunteers throughout Singapore and with the conduct of competitions and programmes for all levels of participation.

MARKETING OUTREACH & IT EXECUTIVE (1-Year Contract)
A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
Report to the Assistant Director (Content, Membership and Special Projects) and Executive Director of SAQ.
B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Outreach Responsibilities
· Provide secretariat support for Annual General Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings including minutes taking.
· Support the Legacy Council as secretariat in areas of data collation, alumni and community building and hall of fame.
· Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure that events and activities are disseminated to affiliates, and stakeholders.
· Keep abreast of all activities in the SAQ Calendar and contribute to the updating of the SAQ’s calendar and website.
· To form effective working relationships with the various sports disciplines to determine the benefits of membership for members
· Be involved in development of marketing collaterals including managing of the website, videos, creatives, narratives that will aid in increasing members for the Association
· Assist and ensure that members details in the membership platform is up to date
· Assist and support in updating of member’s particulars and details in the membership platform database
· Provide guidance to users of the membership platform
· Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
2. IT Responsibilities
· To work with selected membership platform provider to successfully implement a membership platform for all participants in SAQ’s aquatic sports.
· After implementation, to work with selected membership platform provider to enhance membership platform to optimise benefits to SAQ and participating registered members.
· Work with membership platform provider to implement a sustainable strategy and process for long term maintenance and upgrade.
· Developing and implementing training for all membership platform users to enable efficient use of the platform.
· To be proficient in the functions/operations/maintenance/capability of the selected platform
· Point of contact for SAQs needs for IT support.
· Be involved in development of marketing collaterals including managing of the website, videos, creatives, narratives that will aid in increasing members for the Association.
C. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
· Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience. Qualifications in information technology with programming skills will be viewed favourably.
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
· Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge in WordPress
· Meticulous detailed work and data accuracy management skills
· Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and organization skills required.
· A strong and effective team communicator with good problem-solving skills
· Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
· Possess initiative with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet agreed schedules/deadlines.
· Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
