10. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Identify areas of improvement in the digital marketing funnel and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.

11. Budget Management:

• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor spending and provide budget reports to stakeholders.

12. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Use research findings to refine digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (preferred).

-Diploma in IT in above is preferred but not a must

-Knowledge and experience in working with POS is an added advantage

-Meticulous and willingness to learn

-Fluent in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

• Process twice monthly payroll
• Ensure all work pass matters for foreign staff are obtained and complied with MOM
• regulations.
• Issuance of letter of employment & HR related letters.
• Posting of Job advertisements
• Manage employee relations and grievances.
• Handle other training administration such as preparation of training materials.
• Assist in the application of government grants and submission of claims.
• Conduct Interviews
• Leave administration
• Maintain HR files and Employee data in database
• Work closely with operations to ensure all documents are properly collated
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in Timesoft or InfoTech or PayMaster experience.

The Job

• Deal with daily operations for the Order to Cash process
• Work on customer requests & enquiries on their orders
• Work closely with back-end operations team and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed and dropped in timely manner
• Handling of order & cash related incidents including non-quality, rejections, returns, shortages, overdue, claims and deductions
• Participate in continuous improvement programme
• Analyzing of customer order data to recommend differentiated solutions/service opportunities that contributes to organization’s value creation targets
• Own the credit control communication process to ensure timely order release and delivery to customers
