Salary: $2,400 - $3,200/month (depend on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing the mass health screening and vaccination exercises.
- Liaising with the service provider to organise the offsite and onsite exercise.
- Communicating to staff (including sending our emailers and attending to staff enquiries), overseeing and managing the onsite exercise and following up on the billings.
- Onboarding staff to the new service provider
- Assisting in the handing and taking over arrangement between company and the existing and new service provider
- Communicating to staff on the new processes (including sending our emailers and attending to staff enquiries)
- Providing support on working out the processes with the new service provider; and
- Ad-hoc staff welfare related tasks such as ordering of wreaths and get-well hampers for staff and issuance of baby/marriage employee gifts.
Requirements:
- A level and above with some administrative & work experience
- Good communication with stakeholders
- Ability to independently coordinate tasks with Vendors and internal staff
- Team Player to work with our HR Ops Team in organising the on-site health screening and organise comms sessions for the new medical provider
