Responsibilities:

- Promote car leasing services to corporate customers (mainly Japanese companies) and build new customer base

-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners with the aim of increasing sales

-Responding enquiries from customers

-Connect information regarding customer's accidents or breakdowns to operation staffs

-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of sales experience

-Interest in cars or willingness to learn more

-Excellent communication skills and sincere attitude towards customers

-Maintain a positive and persistant approach to new businesses and customer development

-Microsoft word, Excel Powerpoint knowledge

-A driving license

-Advanced Japanese proficiency to communicate with Japanese speaking clients

-Sales experience in car leasing or automotive industry is an added advantage

-Minimum degree holder

Your Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns – Brainstorming of ideas to execution of campaigns, you will be involved in the entire process which spans across various marketing disciplines
• Marketing Collaterals – Creating and producing various communication materials such as brochures, digital banners, videos, websites, media kits etc.
• Social Media – Day-to-day management of social pages including content creation, community management, contests execution, analyses and evaluations
• Copy Write – Creating taglines, captions, scripts, collateral content and other forms of marketing/creative lines
• Project Co-ordination / Account Servicing – To plan and see through projects by liaising with various parties such as clients and suppliers
• To take on any other duties as assigned

Our Requirements:

• Strong command in languages, especially English, and has a flair in writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to plan and keep track of timelines
• Client servicing experience
• Willing to be hands-on and dare to be experimental
• Demonstrates pro-activeness, is a good team player and functions independently
• Experience in Marketing, preferably in the advertising Industry.
• Minimum diploma / degree in marketing, business or related field

- Possess Accounting Certificate and equivalent

- Able to keep full set of account up to Trial Balance and Balance sheet

- Monthly account closing and prepare management report for viewing

- Handle Account Receiable, Account Payable & Cash Book

- preferrably with Accpac Software knowledge

- Only open for Singaporean and PR
