RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
• Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages, and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. • Manage and integrate marketing mix, above and below-the-line advertising and promotions

Sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager as a 1-year contract employment. This role can be subjected to extension, depending on the performance of the individual.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Oversee the admin processes - ensuring project collaboration memorandums (PCMs), budgets, reports, compliance, billings are in order;
• Ensure our product managers are pricing our products properly when we work with finance;
• Put in place processes that ensure our helpdesks are functional, our onboarding process is smooth, and our sales funnel is functional;
• Ensure our product metrics are correct and are continuously monitored and tracked. This includes the preparation of all procurement deliverables for each procurement project assigned;
• Manage and execute the procurement of ICT systems, goods and services in a timely manner;
• Provide business perspective in product teams;
• Understand the government procurement policy and advise product teams on meeting such policies while enabling product needs to be met;
• Review proposals from suppliers;
• Review, clarify and negotiate business requirements with suppliers;
• Perform billing governance and operations to ensure business sustainability and adequate cashflow;
• Interact closely and partner with the business units to provide billing support and analysis;
• Handle month/year-end closing of billing and accruals;
• Ensure billing functions are executed within the stipulated deadlines or/and tender specifications;
• Engage vendors in relation to billing matters such billing disputes and draw up the billing framework for vendors’ compliance;
• Work with auditors and awarded vendors on vendor’s billing audit matters;
• Use of billing templates and validation tools to ensure billing governance and processes are adhered to;
• Drive innovation on work processes;
• Monitor and track project expenses and timeline; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in both procurement and billing;
• Good knowledge of government infocomm environment;
• Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Team player and self-motivated;
• Able to consolidate multiple streams of information into a cohesive whole;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The Responsibilities:

• Hands-on technical leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the ML engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Build and grow a best-in-class engineering team.
• Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best ML solutions on the public cloud, including models, pipelines, performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to translate business needs into ML specifications and deliverables.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electric Engineering.
• 8+ years of building successful machine learning software solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing ML and software engineers.
• Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying ML solutions on Azure or other public cloud providers.
• Understanding of best practices in MLOps and software development processes including coding standards, code reviews, data and model pipelines, source control (Github), and test automation/CICD
