Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute and complete scheduled operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks, along with ad-hoc maintenance activities, within set timelines and with the highest quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and checks of each equipment and process unit, accurately filling out and submitting checklists to the supervisor without delay.
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, submitting maintenance records and checklists promptly to the supervisor.
• Address equipment breakdowns with corrective maintenance, ensuring all checklists and records are submitted to the supervisor.
• Report any equipment abnormalities or failures to the supervisor and assist in implementing rectification plans.
• Support operations activities as needed.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for equipment issues and report findings to the supervisor; assist in more advanced troubleshooting when required.
• Supervise maintenance contractors to ensure work is completed to standard.
• Promptly alert the supervisor to any unusual occurrences or potential damages.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manage equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by monitoring stock levels and anticipating the need for spare parts.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Required Skills/Abilities:
• Be able to conduct conditional assessments for existing systems.
• Estimate labour for complex mechanical system installation.
• Develop expertise in equipment as assigned.
• Must possess leadership abilities and good client maintenance skills.

 Education and Experience:

• Diploma in engineering or Higher Nitec (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
• Minimum of 3 years’ exp erience in facilities engineering or similar
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders.
• Must be willing to travel to Changi T4

Description

1. Advice on the measures to be taken in the interest of workplace safety and health

2. Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities

3. Lead and assist in investigating any near miss, incident or accident, dangerous occurrence that occurs

4. Develop documentation for the Project – Risk assessment, safe work procedures

5. Conduct internal safety related training

6. Manage and lead a team of WSH Co-Ordinators

7. Prepare safety reports and statutory reports in the required formats

8. Organize safety promotion and health campaigns, training courses

9. Ensure all safety matters are compiled with statutory, contractual and management systems requirements

10. Liaise with the government authorities

Client Engagement & Development

• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Programme (ILP) through professional assessment
• Engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees' holistic development
• Plan and Implement appropriate group activities
• Plan, implement and monitor trainees' security and safety procedures

Support Allied Health Professionals

• Monitor and implement programmes designed by Allied Health Professionals in the area of health fitness & wellness programme, motivational & behaviour management plans as well as sensory awareness
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager

Administrative & Operations

• Support unit operational and logistics management
• Ensure centre/trainees safety and security
• Update of clients'/trainee's daily attendance and participation in activities, events and programmes in various client management system platforms
• Engage in caregiver dialogue sessions, home visits and maintain good rapport and communication with parents / caregivers
• Attend staff meeting and training as required

Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

The Services required are set out as follows:

· Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

o Front desk duties include attending to the needs of walk-in customers (such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students) in a professional, prompt and friendly manner. This also includes assisting students according to the school’s guidelines such as issuing graduation certificates and other documents.

o Accept goods on behalf of staff and coordinate with them to ensure receipt of the items.

o Handle incoming calls professionally and ensure they are answered within 3 rings.

o Issue stationery and loan items and provide guidance to users on the appropriate forms to use.

o Notify the General Office when stationery and first aid supplies in the Sick Bay need replenishment.

o Administer basic first aid to injured or ill students in the Sick Bay and issue excuse chits for students who need to leave school early.

o Manage lost and found items, ensuring they are promptly recorded, labeled, and organized in a timely manner.

· Students’ Support

o Handle administrative duties such as data entry, verify and check on completeness of forms and documents submission such as MOE FAS application forms and leave application forms.

o Handle the latecomers by updating the latecoming details at the google form, issuing latecomer’s slip, daily updating of students’ attendance and notifying OM on students issued with Corrective Work Order.

o Manage parents’ appointments for key personnel during Parents-Teachers Meetings.

o Support Discipline Master in the safekeeping of Ezlink cards/ handphone for latecomers/students.

· Other Administrative Support

o Provide administrative support for fund raising events.

o Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of reception counter.

o Handle adhoc duties and projects assigned by the School.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants via regular and proactive communication.

- Manage tenants complaints and work to resolve them or provide feedback to Management

- Manage and schedule work order requests put in by tenants in a timely manner

- Coordinate with contractors for the works

- Respond to any emergencies promptly to minimise disruptions to tenant’s business

- Analyze current SOPs and make recommendations to the Management to improve operating efficiency

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma in hospitality preferred (Certified true copies of certificates must be presented)

- At least 2 years of experience

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office like Excel and Google suite of products like Google Mail, Sheets and Calendar.

- Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities in a demanding work environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willing to be on rotational weekend duty and answer texts (eg Tenant complaints and enquiries) outside of normal office hours.

Responsibilities:

- Uphold a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the customer premises.

- Manage the execution and performance of junior staff, delivering adequate training and guidance to meet contractual standards.

- Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work of the staff, taking immediate corrective measures to improve any substandard performance.

- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas and fill in for staff when required (e.g., during staff leave, medical leave, or absences).

- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Promptly report any accidents or incidents to your superior.

- Handle and inspect cleaning equipment such as blowers, vacuum cleaners, and general household cleaning tools regularly, and promptly report any malfunctioning machines to your superior.

- Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by your superior.

Key Cleaning Duties:

- Perform floor mopping.

- Vacuum carpets.

- Wipe office furniture.

- Clean desks and phones.

- Wipe windows and glass partitions.

- Ensure cleanliness of all telephone sets and workstations.

- Dispose of office litter bins on a daily basis.

- Dispose of rubbish bins in the pantry areas on a daily basis.

- Thoroughly clean and stock both female and male toilets with necessary toiletries, such as paper rolls and soap solutions.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry, including managing detergent supplies and disposing of rubbish and sanitary items appropriately.
