Responsibilities:

The position of Technical Support is responsible for presales support to our sales team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical consultation, system design and system solutions for all sales/SAM for SEA projects.
• Pre-sales activities support including site survey, client meeting, technical presentation, system demo, etc.

Quotation & Configuration Check

• Ensure all the system configuration and quotes are accurate for SEA region.
• Provide technical training for SEA sales team and technical team.
• Provide after sales technical support (project/CS) if any PM/engineer needs help.
• Provide T&C support for SEA projects.

On site client training

• Ensure quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
• Attend internal training, improve skills.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database.
• Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems is an advantage.
• Candidates with technical presales background will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

About the role

As a Security System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the Client's security infrastructure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information and systems. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting security systems and implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day administration of CCure ACS at offices in Singapore which will be primarily related to the administration of physical security systems (ACS and CCTV) and will include the issuance, removal and alternation of access rights; the capturing, recording and storage of CCTV footage and the routine maintenance of the systems' hardware and to ensure optimum performance.
• Assisting Security Operations Manager (SOM) and Regional Security Management team.
• Understanding and abiding to security access policy and CCTV monitoring policy.
• Proceeding access requests for Client’s buildings/office suites through ACS and Ccure9000.
• Maintaining the right access activation and timely deactivation for staff requests.
• Monitoring of hardware and software to ensure operationality on ACS and CCTV systems.
• Providing software system trouble shooting and attending to in-conjunction to JCI-Tyco support.
• Preparing and sending out monthly validation access report to designated area approvers.
• Generating daily and weekly staff movement reports.
• Manage quarterly preventive maintenance for ACS and CCTV with JCI Tyco vendor.
• Assisting in ACS and CCTV restack, upgrading and migration projects.
• Maintaining healthy inventory stock list for ACS, CCTV systems & accessories, physical security equipment's and office stationeries.
• Respond to any life-threatening situations, security alerts and situations, criminal acts, civil demonstration and unrest, fire and power outbreak, terrorist attack, natural disaster, etc., to report all incidents to SOM immediately with detailed incident report and assist in security investigation if required.

This role is part of the PMO team, responsible for network security of the SD-WAN project. This role requires strong understanding of firewall technology and related security functionalities and also cyber security landscape.

We are looking for individuals who have had experience in designing firewall rule structure, third party connections, planning firewall improvements, cleaning up, summarising and standardising firewall rules. The role also requires a person who can operate independently, is able to think out-of-the-box and can look at the overall network architecture at a higher level and then translate this into the required ruleset.

The individual also needs to be able to manage vendors well and have good understanding of project management phases and be able to work with various levels of stakeholders.

You will be responsible for delivering against and fulfilling the project commitments according to the scope and timelines.

· Providing technical leadership and consultation relating to the network security scope, and sharing best practices

· Understanding the high-level design and ensuring that the network security design meets the project requirements

· SME to identify the key tasks and activities required from network security perspective to fulfil the project requirements and providing inputs to project schedules

· Ensuring all project documentation is completed including the design documentation (HLD, LLD), change templates to support configuration changes, slides and diagrams for the project and any other documentation necessary for all phases of the project lifecycle

· Reviewing firewall rules, validating security profiles and proposing the best approach to drive the project outcomes

· Reviewing and validating all the assumptions, dependencies and risks associated with the proposed changes to the network and security environment

· Ensure compliance with security policies, principles, baselines and guidelines

· Review runbooks and ensure that the detailed configuration and scripts will deliver against the high-level design, low-level design and fulfil the objectives of the project

· Producing and executing test plans

· Ensuring changes are peer reviewed where required and outline risks and mitigation plans

· Creating and submitting all changes to CAB for approval

· Support migration activities across all the in-scope locations

· Creation of handover documentation

· Facilitation of handover sessions for knowledge sharing and as part of project deliverables to ensure project team handover to Run teams

· Management and resolution of any incident tickets that arise from project changes and any adhoc tickets that are assigned that contribute towards targeted SLA
