Job description

Tender

• Assist to monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
• Assist to analyse and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
• Assist to prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, this includes all systems, products and services to the client specifications/requirements for management review and approval
• Preparing and developing technical presentations
• Management of Pre and Post Tender documentations & clarifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Project

• Project and site co-ordination
• Monitor the progress of project schedule
• Source for required equipment, material, contractor and prepare Purchase Order and Sub-Contracting Agreement
• Evaluate Progress Claim from sub-contractor
• Prepare and Submit Monthly Progress/Variation Order Claim to Client
• Assist Project Manager to oversight site works including safety, quality and other compliance matters
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Course
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in Construction sector
• Experiences in Solar Engineer and Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point, AutoCAD at a minimum
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ensure project site safety compliance and continuous improvement by implementing and co-coordinating safety awareness training /programmers/initiatives
• Assisting Safety Officer in incident/workplace investigations and corrective action recommendations
• In Charge of safety documentation and control
• Conduct necessary risk assessment
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

• Secondary education with a Safety Coordination certificate is A Must
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction safety experience
• Processes Work-At-Height & other safety certificates is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings;
• Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractors M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting & attend site meetings
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or BCAA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
• Minimum 3 years of local building project experience in managing M&E engineering as M&E Coordinator in a construction site
• Familiar with construction site activities

Job Description

The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on the solution needs and after-sales needs.

The job will require providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast,and sales presentation.

Generate and review sales quotations,order processing and invoicing.

Review customer sales orders,proposals, purchase orders, andrelated information.

Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customersas required.

Generate price list for sales team,based on information from principals.

Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.

Effectively engage with externalcustomers, suppliers, financiers andinternal colleagues including shipping,finance, technical, service, sales andmarketing, as required.

Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry,retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturingenvironment.

Able to multi-task and work withminimal supervision.
