Job Title: Renovation Project Coordinator (ID5068)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 6 days work, 9.30am – 6.30pm
Salary: $3800 to $4500


Job Description:
• Support to Project Manager in project implementation.
• Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to Project Manager.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirement:
• O level / A Level / Diploma in Construction Management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and has own vehicle is preferred
• needs to be familiar with residential fitout works as well as related regulations and submissions to authorities
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/Words).
• Ability to multi-task and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.
• Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and capable of prioritizing work.

Our client, a leading MNC manufacturing located at Pasir Panjang currently looking for Admin Coordinator to join the dynamic team.

Admin Coordinator

• Handle and carrying out administrative tasks (data entry/input orders) to company Netsuite/SAP system to ensure all orders are processed in line with Customer's delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with customer and suppliers for delivery schedule
• Sort and arrange financial documents (AR/AP, Credit/Debit Note and payment details) into system before present to the Account department.
• Maintain product price master list in SAP/Netsuite system
• Assist sales members to follow up with customers in handling enquiries, order, changes and complaints
• Handling all documentation and processing of bank notes to Bank
• Sales report submission on the last day of the month
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
• On job training will be provided

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant capacity
• Ability to work well under pressure/in a fast paced working environment
• Responsible, meticulous in keeping things organized
• Able to act flexibly according to various projects and situation

Job scope:

• Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and stock control procedures.
• Prepare & maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.
• Daily/monthly stock take to reconcile actual inventory with system’s record.
• Preferably with experience in storage of food factory/food industry.
• Adhoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• With at least 1-5 years’ working experience
• Computer literacy
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
