• To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
  
• To liaise with other departments for all shipment execution.
  
• To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department.
  
• To handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
  
• To control and monitor every driver/operator closely by checking/tracking on their movements effectively through walkie-talkie.
  
• Ensure that all records in the Operation Department are updated and accurate.
  
• Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
  
• Any other tasks as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Applicants should be Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  
• Good communication skills and must be Bilingual.
  
• Has excellent attendance and positive attitude to the job.
  
• Responsible & diligent.
  
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
