Your role:

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules, in collaboration with project managers and team members
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
• Assist in resource planning and allocation, including assigning resources to project tasks based on availability, skills, and project requirements
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure adequate resource availability and resolve resource conflicts as needed
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, including status reports, progress updates, and meeting agendas
