Responsibilities:

• Take part in the project kickoff meeting after the contract is awarded, and arrange for a briefing on the project scope with the Management and contractors.
• Coordinate renovation, reinstatement and etc work on site (retail shops and departmental counters) and carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties
• Request quotations for each contract or work for comparison
• Support the directors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
• Assists Directors in carrying out all shops’ drawings and submission.
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Directors as appropriate
• Analyze in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
• Prepare and gather all necessary project documentation, such as the Pre-con Survey Report, PTW submission, Project Schedule, Weekly Site Progress Report, Procurement and Drawings Tracking List, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, Certificate of Complete, etc,
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
• Conduct project site inspection.
• Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
• Administer all site works, including cost control, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.

Requirements:

• Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress carpentry project works
• Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing
• PC literate – proficient in MS office.
• Ad-hoc travel able.

• Implement HSE procedures
• Conduct weekly inspection with subcontractors’ supervisors
• Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificates
• Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times
• Conduct weekly safety talk/ briefing
• Ensure proper housekeeping by the subcontractors on daily basis
• Conduct daily toolbox with the subcontractors
• Conduct safety induction program for new workers
• Conduct daily safety inspection
• Advise external customers of safety needs when visiting the site
• Update safety records into the safety systems
• Following up on all outstanding safety related issues
• Review sub-contractors’ method statements, risk assessments and safe work procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Advance Certificate in WSH or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Familiar with risk management procedures
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001

Job Scope

• Order processing / delivery coordination / Invoice verification.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC, Service team and suppliers.
• Sales team support, provide customer services-reply inquiries, prepare quotation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments.
• Liaise and follow up with internal departments, and forwarders/carriers.
• Manage full set export shipments. Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions)
• Ensure export shipments are loaded as per instructions.
• Monitor delivery closely, ensure export shipments are hand over smoothly at destination.
• Prepare shipment Certificate of Origin if necessary.
• Liaise the credit limit for each customer and follow up with sales.
• Consolidate the data and create materials for sales results.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences
