• Identify project needs and potential showstoppers and address such with mitigating measures.

• Manage expectations from internal and external stakeholders with regular updates and assist collating operational reports and insights for governance.

• Document and maintain processes, procedures, and operational documents.

• Scope out new projects, define objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee all stages from inception to completion.

This role is based out of Singapore Hub and supports APAC markets. The role will report to Head of Solutions, APAC for Visa Cross Border Solutions.
