Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

iv) Inspect the on-site canteen, worker’s quarters, if any, and dining areas to ensure that good hygiene practices are being observed, and the areas are well maintained with good housekeeping.

v) Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the PM, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns;

vi) Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the PM accordingly;

vii) Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne or food-borne diseases at the construction site; and

viii) Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities, where required, to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.

ix) Conduct inspection of the ECM at the worksite in accordance to ECM plan

x) Maintain records of all inspections.

xi) Advice the PM & project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS & implement the EHSMS.

xii) Assist the PM identify any unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite;

xiii) Recommend to the PM to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice;

xiv) Assist the PM implement such reasonably practicable measures referred to in (xiii) or safe work procedures.

xv) Advice the PM & the project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS.

xvi) Implement the EHSMS.

xvii) Stop the work or recommend to the PM / WSHO to stop the work if it is deem not safe for the work to continue.

xviii) Inform the higher level of management (e.g. Project Director) if conflict between EHS issues & operational considerations at the worksite cannot be effectively resolved.

xix) Report to PM

xx) Perform any duties assigned by PM.

• Providing input on overall Motorsport strategy to support Lamborghini Squadra Corse global goals.

About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. Key responsibilities will include:

What is the Difference Between the Project Coordinator and the Analyst/Medical Writer Roles?

Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Analysts and Medical Writers conduct detailed analyses of scientific data to create a variety of materials that are presented to, and used by, our clients.

Whilst working on the same projects across a variety of disease areas, Project Coordinators use their scientific knowledge to provide project management support and administrative help to project teams, allowing the timely delivery of high quality work. Our recruitment process includes two short assessments, followed by a video interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team​. If successful, you will be invited to an interview. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month; however, this can be adapted if necessary.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Project Manager to identify and assess risks arising from the workplace.

· To support and implement Safety Management System at workplace/project sites and other WSH-related initiatives.

· Manage workers' training on safe work practices and Safety Induction Course.

· Maintain and monitor safety records and checklists.

· Prepare and review Permit to Work Systems together with relevant checklists.

· Prepare and review Risk Assessment/SWP/MS for projects and maintenance works.

· Conduct daily toolbox meetings to highlight safety issues.

· Supervise and attend to all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control.

· Other duties may be assigned on a need basis.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant Safety Coordination Work experience in construction industry

• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

Posses Class 3 Driving License with BDVL Bus Driver’s Vocational License​.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the organisation’s vehicle to transport clients and staff to and from their appointment at ABLE or other venues, e.g. swimming complex and outings or any other tasks as assigned.
2. Handle wheelchair clients to board and disembark from the assigned vehicle and ensure that they are safely secured to the track in the vehicle during their ride.
3. Provide a high standard of safety and care for clients and staff whilst on the road and at the centre.
4. Always observe traffic rules and drive safely.
5. Maintain transportation records for reporting and review including driver logs, number of transport trips, number of transport clients, fuel consumption, top up of cash card.
6. Gather regular feedback from transport clients on services provided and share them with your supervisor.
7. Always keep vehicle clean and tidy.

Route Planning and Scheduling:

1. Plan and schedule daily transport routes and ensure punctuality for all transportation arrangements.
2. Optimize routes using tools like Google Map to reduce travelling time and fuel consumption.

Vehicle Management:

1. Conduct regular checks on all the vehicles and ensure that they are maintained in good condition.
2. Report any maintenance or repairs needed to your supervisor.

Others:

1. Knowledge of basic computing skills would be advantageous.
2. Utilise basic computer applications for record keeping, reporting and communications.
