Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee testing, commissioning, and software programming for BMS projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop and design programs and graphical interfaces for Building Automation projects.
• Analyze and resolve implementation and operational issues, providing solutions that meet customer demands and improve system performance.
• Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and systems are integrated seamlessly with other building systems.

• Participate in product development and marketing workshops to explore and enhance business opportunities and growth.
• Create and maintain comprehensive BMS documentation, including Functional Design Specifications and Software Test Documents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), including expertise in open bus protocols and control engineering.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation, Energy Management, and other control systems.
• Proficient in programming and troubleshooting industry-standard protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS, and LON. Knowledge of PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to analyze operational data from building or industrial service plants, including chilled-water systems.
• Proven experience with automation control systems across various applications, such as commercial and industrial buildings, and data centers.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and debugging live software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical implementations and apply both business and technical insights to project assignments.

Hands-on experience in implementing large scale data warehouse & analytics platforms in financial services industry with good functional knowledge of products & services offered in Retail bank / Wholesale / Global Markets covering some of the following analytics domains:

-Experience in deploying stateless, stateful workloads on OpenShift Kubernetes based platform

-Experience in developing microservices applications using node js, React, Java, RabbitMQ, Akka framework, Apache Consul, Apache Geode, Redis

-Experience in developing frameworks using Spark, Scala, Java, Python

-Experience in working with in-memory applications

The candidate has to lead the execution solar projects including procurement, supervision of subcontractor with the following tasks:

• Develop detailed solar PV system designs that meet client requirements, local codes, and industry standards.
• Optimise system layout for maximum energy production and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct shading analysis and assess site suitability for solar installations.
• Develop bill of materials (BOM) for projects.
• Use modelling software to predict system performance, energy output, and financial returns.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and utility requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for solar installations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure system integrity and safety standards.

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is a must
• At least 1 year experience in the design and project execution of rooftop solar PV systems.
• At least 5 years in construction industry

• Troubleshoot End User Devices, which are not able to resolve by helpdesk.
• Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.
