- Prepare fortnightly sub-contract payment detailing works completed by sub-contractors for verification and endorsement by the Director. On month ends, in addition to the preparation of the sub-contract payments, prepare valuation of works completed to be invoiced to the customers.

- Supervise or cause to have supervised all installation performed by appointed sub-contractor on site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the articles of the Sub-contract Agreement which includes site cleanness, safety measures, etc.

- Co-ordinate with client's site personnel for the use of site hoisting facilities, scaffoldings, etc as stipulated in our contract agreement.

- Arrange promptly for the relocation or return of any excess materials on site.

- Provide weekly up-to-date reports to the Director for all sites stating number of workmen on site, percentage of works completed, delays encountered, progress in relation to program, and any other relevant information so requested by the Director

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. • Help define and enforce agile work processes to continually improve the velocity and impact of digital transformation activities undertaken by the relevant technology and manufacturing squads. • Provision of core technology solutions.

[3. Junior Chief of Staff - 30%]

Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within HMGICS, the Hyundai Motor Group, and external partners, with the aim of overseeing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, particularly those related to Mission 2.
• Grow into a trusted advisor and thought partner for the CIO, providing insights and recommendations on critical decisions.
