• ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma
• Preferably with experience in the hospitality and F&B industry
• A team player with the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist in building / estate / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works

Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building / estate
Keep proper records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and to monitor the performance of M&E systems and equipment
Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.)
Perform simple troubleshoot issues arising from Smart Homes
Attend to breakdown of building / estate services and tenants’ service calls
Assist in handing and taking over of units and spaces with tenants or event organizers for Commercial Building / Retail Mall

Requirements

Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum one year relevant working experience in building maintenance
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
Good knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
Able to interact with people and a good team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven

Job Description

• Planning and implementing the standardized process for management of the property and facilities maintenance and repairs
• Assist in developing property maintenance procedures
• Prepare, review and manage annual budget requirements for maintenance and capital replacement works
• Maintain and update property list, maintenance checklist
• Overseeing the compliance with all relevant requirements set by the agencies
• Available on call to handle, manage the potential emergencies at all locations at any hour
• Process and maintain leasing agreements including executing rent payments and agreements between landlords and tenants
• Plan and conduct regular preventive inspections for all buildings and facilities
• Planning and conducting corrective maintenance, repair for all buildings and facilities
• Ensure building maintenance works are carried out according to schedule
• Report any deviation against compliance with all building and regulatory regulations
• Oversee daily estate maintenance operations to ensure technical staff and contractors perform according to requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management
• IT proficiency & data management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for Satellite Broadcast Service.
• Knowledge of Satellite Transmission (i.e. Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA)/BUC, Satellite modulator, Integrated Receiver Decoders (IRDs) or Satellite Headend (i.e. Video Encoder, Multiplexer)
• Perform equipment/system configurations, Video switching, IP routing and monitoring of Radio Frequency (RF) & Video signals for Broadcast production and operation.
• Perform Satellite uplink and downlink configurations.
• Perform RF equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform Broadcast equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform IP broadcast network configurations and maintenance.
• Resolve technical issues and to provide periodic/planned preventive & corrective maintenance.

• 4 years of experience required in relevant industries.
• Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or any related discipline.
• Knowledge in network and video transport technologies.
• Knowledge in audio, video and broadcasting system.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Willingness to take on new challenges.

- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (PLC programming knowledge /experience a plus point)

- Willing to be hand-on in Maintenance / Engineering elated work in factory environment

- Suggest and implement continuous improvement in any area such as quality, cost and safety

- Will be involved in all machinery / equipment maintenance, repair, testing, calibration, documentation etc.
