RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall channel management of 8days Eat TikTok channel, which includes (but not limited to) uploading content, SEO & data analytics.
• Ensure that content schedule is mapped out in timely fashion.
• Upload all content, track performance and analyze and optimize performance of said content.
• Work with Editorial team, content creators, Growth Channel Management Team to develop best practices and optimize content performance on the channel.
• The role primarily focuses on 8days Eat TikTok channel but the scope of work can extend to other 8days social media accounts as well.

Scope of Works:

1. Provide quality customer service and excellent support operation to a billing system and report system for an e-procurement portal and meet key performance indicators.
2. Perform billing operation, report operation, change management, user education, incident management and problem management.
3. Handle in-bound calls and emails and to co-ordinate work with internal teams and external users.
4. Manage any incidents raised and track them to their closure escalating such incidents where required.
5. Monitor the accuracy of bills generated and manage any readjustments that may be required.
6. Generate and monitor billing reports.
7. Secondary duty is to perform the role of administrator for virtual assistant application that implemented for GeBIZ portal. Assist in training the virtual assistant. Covering the duty of web deployment when required.

What your day would be like

• Responsible for support of the Regional Banking Manager in execution of the Banking Management process according to the global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
