Requirements:

• At least a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a senior management position, preferably from the tertiary education industry or relevant research industries. For a PhD degree holder, this working experience requirement can be mitigated.
• Must have a good knowledge of Intellectual Property.
• Have a proven track record of close working experience with multiple government agencies and companies or must be comfortable in approaching government agencies and companies.

FINANCE

Ø Assisting in budgeting of centre’s income and expenditure.

As part of a 10-man team, the Credit Management Executive will be responsible for the full credit management cycle which includes invoicing, following up with customers, arranging the collection processes, and daily updating of cash proceeds.

The Credit Management Executive will be responsible for the daily accounting of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and supporting the month end closing, reporting and reconciliation process. In addition, the incumbent will manage trade payment tools such as Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG).
