Customer Data Research & Analysis

• Uphold the governance & integrity of the Customer Experience practice ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with Singtel’s values and customer expectation.
• Manage research partners to deliver customer experience (CE) research for the Enterprise Segment, ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of insights derived from unfiltered, genuine customer voices.

Occupancy Planning Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  Perform tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologies
  Development of space solutions by analyzing occupancy, utilization and space data
  Manage the Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans) including preparation of options/ recommendations
