Role reports to: APAC eCom Strategy Development Lead

What you will do
The eCom Strategy Manager is responsible for leading execution excellence to win in the digital shelf by providing strategic and competitive insight with consistent framework across APAC markets. This role is driving profitable investment choice to unlock explosive eCom growth and share while improve profit by leading strategic portfolio choice and agile investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly digital shelf insight and develop key actions
- Guide EC MSL choice for profitable growth
- Governance all KPI of digital shelf performance and standardize market’s regular workstream.
- Strengthen share of search via right keyword choice and lead to develop action plans by paid and organic search
- Improve investment sufficiency and efficiency for paid search
- Improve product availability of MSL above 95%.
- Increase price ecosystem understanding
- Strategic support for Key BMC by capturing early signal of digital shelf for agile decisions.
- Strengthen digital shelf capability across APAC market with consistent and standardized approach
- Drive competitive insight from digital shelf and market share.
- Support portfolio mix review for top retailers and guide clear customer segmentation within EC
- Guide price promotion analysis to find optimal price for key BMC.
- Support profitable investment choice with quarterly EC P&L analysis and co-develop action plans with local teams.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce sales operation and retail marketing within the consumer industry.
- Expertise in both strategy & plan development, as well as execution of key initiatives & programs to accelerate eCommerce growth and share
- High energy to learn with curiosity and comfort level towards working in fast changing eCommerce and passionate to learn with curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders and ability to drive consensus, execution across teams, multi-function organization and different level of hierarchy
- Good project management skills, to be able to standardize the approach with consistent frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, to be able to acquire and analyze data to draw actionable insights and apply towards sales achievement
