Position Summary:

The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring an Assistant Programme Manager (Events) to anchor our Talent pillar that includes:

• Driving integrated programme management for existing and new talent programmes that we develop or implement in partnership with CSA.
• Working with various programme partners and stakeholders for the implementation of programmes that generate interest, grow pipeline of cybersecurity talents and build cybersecurity capabilities for relevant industry professionals.
• Responsible for conceptualising, managing, and implementing the full spectrum of events organisation, including pre-event to post-event management, marketing plans and budget tracking for multiple events, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Account managing partners as required, seeing to the smooth execution of events and programme activities, manage related stakeholders and resources, internal and external.
• Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme success and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach.
• Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience, including social media, email campaigns and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

• Secure deals with enterprise client for products & services such as Cybersecurity & Cloud Services, IT Resource Outsourcing, IT Infrastructure, Managed Print, IP Telephony and Security and Physical Door Access systems.
• Manage enterprise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and build deepening business relationships.
• Meet holistic IT needs of existing clients to grow total services rendered.
• Lead and facilitate meetings/ presentations with clients at all levels to gather accurate IT requirements and present the companies offerings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a local Singapore university in any discipline.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast paced environment and aspires to be in the tech industry.
• 2 or more years experience in B2B corporate sales with a proven track record of success.
• Comfortable with people at all positions, including C-level executives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
