Logistics arrangement for training

• Scheduling FMMD officers for training. This includes schedule officers for training, liaising with training provider/ officers for re-scheduling.
• Coordination and logistics arrangement for internal training such as DTC, FFP. This includes booking of room, liaise with trainers for available schedule, set-up of room, arrange for IT/AV equipment, printing training materials, liaise with trainers for uploading of updated training materials, manage scheduling of participants for training, informing participants and provide support during training to trainers, etc.

Handle IT-related administrative functions

Executive – Fundraising & Donor Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the planning and implementation of FFTH’s fundraising strategies, including the preparation of a monthly Board report;
