The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, CRM, PR and communications while managing and inspiring a team of Marketing Executives. Your Marketing responsibilities will include:

· Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results

· Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, provide value-added content that is suited to customer’s needs as well as interests and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences

· Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, social, web and digital.

· Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, EDMs, marketing platforms and content syndication including thought leadership, market trends, reports, surveys, and customer satisfaction stories

· Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results

Your Customer Relationship Management responsibilities will include:

· Development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Customer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Customer Relation strategies, also focusing on loyalty and retention marketing strategies

· Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

· Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximizing commercial opportunities

· Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle

· Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products

· Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities

· Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability

· Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment which include arrangement of online job advertisements, co-ordinate interviews, reports submission and prepare employment contracts for new hires
• Handle entire process of all the work passes applications, renewals and cancellations
• Conduct on boarding orientation for new hires
• Providing administrative support for various HR function
• Compilation all HR related monthly report
• Maintaining and updating employee personal information to HR System
• Maintaining employee benefits program
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 3 year of relevant working experience
• Meticulous and a team player with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good planning and coordination skills

Job Description

The Accounts Executive reports to the director in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, stocktaking or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects when necessary.

Main Responsibilities

(1) Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
(2) Calculate customer account balances and reconcile with totals.
(3) Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
(4) Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
(5) Perform month-end closing activities.
(6) Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use.

(7) Manage Assignments and Deadlines.

Requirements

(1) Minimum Diploma in Accounting.

(2) At least 1 year of accounting experience.

(3) Experience in accounting software - Quickbook, MYOB is an added advantage.

(4) Fluent in English and Chinese is a must.

• Responsible for the proper administration and documentation of all HR records

• Preparation and issuance of Letters (Confirmation, Appointment Letters. etc)

• Perform payroll computation

• Assist with salary benchmarking

• WICA / GHS Insurance claims submissions

• Review and analyse variances in manpower expenses

• Involved in month-end closing and reconciliation

• Handle all related claims or reimbursements, eg. NS make-up claim, Maternity Leave claim.

• Processing of monthly CPF and Foreign Worker Levy, IR21 and IR8A reports

• Work closely with internal and external on payroll matters

• To attend to all employee queries/clarifications on HR related issues with a sense of urgency

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
