RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

1. Staff Suggestion Scheme Management:
   • Administer and oversee the Staff Suggestion Scheme, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
   • Facilitate communication and engagement related to the Scheme, encouraging active participation from all staff levels.
   • Evaluate and analyse submitted suggestions, providing timely feedback and recognition to contributors.
   • Collaborate with the Services and HQ Corporate Functions to implement approved suggestions, driving positive change within the organization.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement, process re-engineering and optimization across the Services and HQ Corporate Functions and support the implementation of change processes.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks for improved efficiency and staff experience.
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and assist to implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Title – lyf Guard

You are the main contact for the community, and acts as the face of lyf. You will be a multifaceted Community Manager, who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf.
