7. Work with consultants and internal customers to achieve and maintain certification i.e. ISO 9001; Bizsafe, DPTM, etc.
8. Maintain external correspondences including MOH / AIC, ensure all correspondences are tracked.
9. Timely execution / submission of Service Excellence awards and external awards;
10. Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager / CEO.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the Healthcare industry;
• Have a background in quality management and / or service excellence programmes;
• Data protection officer (DPO) experience is highly advantageous;
• Customer service training experience would be advantageous.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills;
• Resourceful and self-directed;
• Team player;
• Leadership qualities;
• Good PC skills especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Enjoy working and helping people at all levels;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

The Opportunity 

Quantexa is an exciting and fast growing big data analytics tech company headquartered out of the UK, but with a rising presence in Asia Pacific. Our big expansion plans for the APAC region require the addition of an outstanding Marketing Manager, South Asia Field and Pipeline to help us deliver our commercial goals in Asia. You’ll join an outstanding team of field marketers across the globe charged executing localized marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, facilitating regional events, and ensuring alignment with sales teams to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. 

Quantexa is on an impressive scale-up journey following its Series E Funding Round led by GIC Singapore, valuing the company north of $1.8 billion. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make pivotal contributions to Quantexa’s advancement in Asia by executing marketing programmes that have a real impact on the company’s success in the region.  

What you will be doing? 

• Work with the Director of Marketing, APAC Field and Pipeline to help deliver multi-channel marketing programs which are in line with global and APAC strategies and priorities 
• Collaborate with the sales team execute marketing programmes that support regional pipeline and revenue goals 
• Execute targeted marketing programs in the Asia region, with activities that include but are not limited to nurture email campaigns, hosted events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars and digital tactics 
• Be responsible for the end-to-end event management of in-person and virtual events  
• Work with regional Alliances team to execute meaningful local partner marketing activity  
• Localize centralized demand/corporate campaigns to execute tactics like custom landing pages, webinars, digital marketing, and in-person events 
• Collaborate closely with the BDR team to maximize ROI from all campaigns 
• Work closely with sales teams to understand strategic accounts and build ABM campaigns where required 
• Manage the Asia event budget, accurately estimating costs, and ensuring programs are deliverd on time and recording outcomes post event 
• Stay up to date with regional and industry trends that can be utilised to deliver more relevant marketing campaigns in Asia 
• The role is based in Singapore with an expectation to be in the office 2 days a week. There will also be occasional travel. 

What you will bring 

• Strong academic qualifications, BA/BSc degree or equivalent 
• 5+ years field marketing/demand experience in a B2B tech company 
• Experience in executing B2B field marketing programmes in the Asia region 
• Excellent written communications and presentation skills  
• An understanding of Account Based Marketing concepts a plus 
• Working knowledge of Martech platforms, Salesforce.com and Hubspot 
• Ability to manage multiple projects, events and stakeholders at the same time 
• Willingness to learn, resilience and a positive attitude

Project Manager (Campaigns)

12 months Fixed-term contract

As a Project Manager (Campaigns) supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, this role will be great for you if - you are an exceptional Project Manager with digital media experience. You will be responsible for supporting campaigns that promote our client's products in APAC. You will also project manage campaigns, represent APAC in meetings, support marketers in launching their campaigns, and train and share best practices with APAC marketers. You will also be able to support strategic initiatives, such as user sentiment measurement. 

Role: 

• Help define the APAC Marketing campaign plan and targets for the cross-functional teams and their objectives.
• Define the strategy for APAC: set yearly and quarterly targets based on the action plan and assess the performance while also providing training to the wider team.
• Support campaign communication such as launch updates, post-launch performance reports and campaign learnings between internal (cross-functional client departments) and external stakeholders (agency partners)
• For select complex campaigns run both on Owned Media and Paid Media, monitor progress across teams and track action items.

You:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital, marketing agencies or technology companies as a project manager, digital project manager or marketing manager
• A good understanding of owned and operated marketing channels and paid media marketing channels
• Able to manipulate data and work with pivot tables in Excel/Google Sheets
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent at developing presentations
• Experience working with media agencies and partners to set up and manage campaigns
• Attention to detail, proactive, independent thinker and good team player
• Enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated, and energetic self-starter.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC and EMEA when needed.
