What your portfolio looks like

• Independently manage SG office operations, facilities and resources 
• Provide comprehensive People & Culture support for Singapore.
• Assist with the performance management initiatives (e.g., 360-degree feedback survey).
• Assist with the learning and development programmes and channels to facilitate employees’ growth and capability building.
• Execute employee engagement programmes in SG and assist with company wide events to facilitate commitment from employees to organisational values, mission, and objectives.

Job Description:

· Responsible in AR duties, mainly in billing function and e-invoicing on timely manner

· Handle billing related queries

· Possess strong communication skill in written English

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be meticulous, able to work in team and within stipulated timelines

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system, and collaborate with the procurement department, internal stakeholders, or vendors to address any discrepancies.
• Responsible for scheduling the payment cycle to vendors and supporting cash forecast estimates related to payments.
• Review petty cash by project site office.

About this role:

Financial Transaction Processing:
