We’re looking for 1-2 highly motivated and resourceful super Interns to join our expanding Evo Commerce team based in Singapore.

In this role, we will shadow some of the leadership team, and you’ll be responsible for brand and corporate partnerships, creating engaging content and managing other initiatives. This will be an onsite role that requires to be present in our office (within CBD) or to canvas around Singapore, and is convertible to full time staff.

Partnership / B2B Management -

• Independently responsible for identifying, reaching out, pitch preparation and onboarding brand/B2B partnerships for our bback and Stryv products (ie. Gyms, Swimming schools, Group buy, other relevant businesses).
• Develop strategies and implementation plan for partners to opt for/display/sell our products at their physical spaces.
• Track, analyse and optimise the performance of these initiatives
• Grow channels and packages to build a strong, recurring revenue stream

Content Strategy, Ideation & Development -

• Plan, ideate and execute creative and engaging content (ideal for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms) with onboarded partners. A snapshot of your socials or portfolio will be required for evaluation.
• Identify talents or nano influencers that are keen to be featured in the videos, or create content with own resources

Job Requirements

• Only for final year students / fresh graduate
• Preferably pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision makers. Comfortable working onsite and networking with business owners/industry leaders
• Creative in nature and adaptable
• Self-starter, motivated to “get things done”; respectful of deadlines
• Analytical mind with the ability to monitor and interpret data, and eventually implement learnings
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
• Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
• Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin & Chinese), written and visual communication
• Internship commitment: Available for full-time internship for at least 3 months, ideally to start in Dec 2024 or as soon as possible (open to part-time internship if required)

• Sales of the Company’s waterproofing solutions in the building & construction industry
• Plan and implement sales strategies
• Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline
• Draft and provide accurate quotations and follow-ups with potential clients for sales of services
• To determine method of waterproofing for different types of water seepages
• Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers and professional advice to client when required
• Perform thorough visual on-site inspections for diagnostic of waterproofing issues.
• Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market, and customer needs and preferences.
• Initiative to resolve potential conflicts at site.
• Work closely with Operation team for timely delivery
• Ensure all health and safety practices and procedures.
• To all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 4 years work experience in waterproofing related / building construction industry.
3. Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

- Regularly check vessel schedules and update our Compass system.

- Make booking with feeder operators for destinations not directly serviced by HMM.

- Create and manage feeder codes in the system.

- Liase with HQ, Trade Teams, Origins and Vessel Operators to confirm loading details.

- Work with Feeder Operators on TLI declaration.

- Coordinate with PSA for any exceptions such as refrigeration malfunctions, leaks or damages.

- Handle AMS, ENS, CAMS and Singapore Customs filings.

- Monitor long-dwelling cargo in PSA, especially DGs and Reefers.

- Any other tasks relating to our services or assigned by Management.

Requirements

- Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

We are now looking for an Operations Executive to support our on-site health screening projects. He/She will perform the following (but not limited to) duties;

• Working together with the overall-in-charge, and the onsite team to ensure a smooth operation of our on-site projects.
• Support all duties pertaining to the onsite projects, from pre-event such as communication with corporate clients to finding resources, to post-event such as feedback, follow-ups, etc.
• Enhance quality control and ensure processes and workflow are constantly improved to ensure work efficiency.
• Manpower planning and rostering.
• Ensure sufficient inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all the relevant regulations.
• Preparation of reports and other administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
