To manage a GP clinic located at Changi. To manage the front counter with registration of patient, dispensing of medications, follow up of medical claims , follow up of medical reports and over all incharge of the clinic functioning along with another clinic assistant.

Help the doctor with respect to the medication stock check and other day to day running of the clinic matters.

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, retail operation management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing retail sales and operations of global retail brands.

We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned personnel to spearhead a growing sales team in Singapore. This incumbent will be given the opportunity to grow their team and be one of the key stakeholders within the organization.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the sales team in Singapore.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health supplements to identified target audience.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Development of new customer value propositions and strategic account management of key customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates to the senior leadership team.
• Represent the company at events and mentor junior sales staff.

Job Requirements

• Minimally 8 years of commercial experience within the Life-Sciences industry
• Experience in Ayurveda products sales will be an added advantage.
• Science background preferred.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

-Mon : off

-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
